Palm Fibre

Palm fibre is natural fiber extracted from palm oil vascular bundles in the empty fruit bunch. During the manufacturing process of palm fibre, EFB are shredded, separated, refined and dried. The manufacturing process does not involved chemical process or exposure. Hence the palm fibre is clean and non-toxic. Palm fibre is mainly used in the manufacturing of mattresses, sofa/car seat and etc.

As  the leading producer of palm oil in the world, oil palm fiber is abundantly available in Cameroon. This Oil palm fiber is used in several different areas. Oil palm trunk fiber is light and absorb lot of water without congealing. It withstand extremes temperature and moisture conditions during food processing, and could have a wide range of applications in foods where fiber might added, such as yogurts, breads, pastries and other products using durum wheat.

Our factory produce palm oil fiber for wholesale and export. The fiber is produced from high grade, fresh palm materials that are processed within 2 days of harvest. It goes through a natural, toxic-free process keeping the fiber clean and dirtless, producing a beautiful golden brown color. Palm fiber is a superior substitute to coconut fiber due to its strong bond that are commonly used in making mattress and cushion production, rope manufacturing, rugs and carpets production, erosion control, soil stabilization, compaction, landscaping and horticulture, ceramic and brick manufacturing, thermoplastic filler, flat board manufacturing, paper production, acoustics control, livestock care, compost, fertilizer, animal feed, and many others.
